We start with a no-obligation, in-home evaluation conducted by a registered nurse or experienced care coordinator. During this visit, we assess:

• Medical conditions and mobility needs
• Cognitive and emotional wellness
• Daily routines and lifestyle preferences
• Home safety and accessibility 
• Family involvement and support network 

This enables us to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the client’s specific needs.

Based on the assessment, our interdisciplinary team creates a customized care plan that addresses both clinical requirements and personal goals. The plan may include:

• Personal care services (e.g., bathing, grooming, toileting)
• Medication reminders and monitoring
• Nutritional support and meal prep
• Light housekeeping and errands
• Escort to appointments and activities
• Specialized or condition-specific services

Each plan is reviewed with the client and family, ensuring clarity, comfort, and mutual agreement.

We carefully match the client with one of our highly trained, background-checked caregivers, considering both skill set and personality compatibility. Services are then scheduled at times that align with the client’s needs — whether hourly, overnight, or live-in care is required.

Care begins with comprehensive oversight from our care team, including regular check-ins to ensure quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction.

Our supervisors conduct routine follow-ups and reassessments to ensure the care plan remains appropriate as needs evolve. We remain in regular communication with families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to make necessary adjustments.

To support family caregivers, we offer flexible respite care options — whether for a few hours or a few days — providing loved ones with peace of mind while they take time to rest and recharge.
